Brown's Real Estate Services, Inc. a division of Virgil Brown Real Estate, we provide Mayland and Delaware appraisal services. We have three licensed certified appraisers for Maryland and Delaware appraisal: Michael Marino, Kurt Brown and Virgil Brown. We have a turn around time of 1 to 3 days depending upon the appraisers access to the properties. We love to do Delaware and Maryland appraisals and give honest evaluations. All fees are posted on our web site. Our appraisers do not charge extra for properties over $1,000,000 as that becomes a predetermined value.

Southern Delaware is a major retirement area due to the good weather, nearness to the beach and very low real estate taxes (on a $500,000 home you may pay as low as $1,000 per year ). We have good hospital care with Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Nanticoke Memorial in Seaford and Milford Memorial in Milford. The values in this area tend to be very stable compared to the rest of the country due to the supply and demand. We have a huge State Park system and very good, clean public Beaches.
